Women’s Self Defense
WSD classes are based on the arts of Xingyi, Bagua, and Taijiquan. In this class, participants learn:
~Body awareness for personal safety ~Basic fall training for strength & safety
~Basic Chinese martial arts drills for effective skills ~How to get loud and push back
~How to hit and hit hard
~How to block and create space to get away
~Effective targets & tactical objects to defend against assault

**Cost: $10 for one class, $80 for 10 classes, or $60 for a month of unlimited classes. Fees are for this location only.
A specialized program designed for children with Autism ages 10& up, based on the internal healing arts of Qigong and Baguazhang. Children learn how to root into their feet, develop internal strength and coordination, and listen to their inner wisdom.
Time: Saturday 3:30-4:30pm
Location: Panthers Gymnastics 1016 Mrion
MaGui Bagua style is taught on Saturdays at Ching Wu Athletic Association 213 Pacific Avenue, Winnipeg from 1:30-2:30.
First class is free.
Drop-in fee: $15
Fees per month based on classes/week: Note these fees do not include the fees for the Ching Wu Athletic Association classes.
