Head Instructor – Sifu Kelly Whelan-Enns



A Yoga enthusiast since the age of four, Kelly has studied and trained in Qigong and Eastern meditation disciplines since before 1989. In 2004, Kelly received STOTT Pilates instructor training. Before learning Qigong, Kelly was severely hypoglycemic, had asthma, chronic bronchitis, and many food allergies.

In 1992, Kelly began his formal martial arts training with Kenpo Karate, and Yang Style Taijiquan. In 2002, he began studying Baguazhang and Yiquan. A year later, he began studying Chen style Taijiquan and Xingyiquan Lui He Quan.

Kelly received his Bagua training through Eric Tuttle, a master teacher of Baguazhang and internal arts. Eric is a Lineage Bearer of both Chen Taijiquan and Six Harmony Xingyiquan (Xingyi Lui He Quan http://www.windchasesthemoon.com).

A few things to note.

The Ba Duan Jin, Zhan Zhuan and the Taosit & Buddhist meditation disciplines have remained a constant practice over the last 20 years. Since 2002 my primary teacher of Chen Taijiquan and Xingyi Lui He Quan has been Eric Tuttle. Mr. Tuttle is a Lineage Bearer in both Chen Style Taijiquan and Xingyi Lui He Quan (Six Harmony Mind Intention Boxing).

Since 2010 I have been studying Ma Gui style Baguazhang with Andrea Falk.

As well as all of the above, I am a trained STOTT Pilates Instructor.
